We are a growing, dynamic design studio with offices in Antwerp and London, and we are now looking for a Client Director to help us take our Interior Design practice to the next level. The role At this pivotal stage of our studio’s growth, we are looking for aClient Director to lead our team of Client Managers and elevate the commercial and operational performance of our Interior Design practice. As Client Director , you will: Lead and inspire the Client Management team, guiding them to develop a more professional, structured approach to managing complex, international clients. Enhance client relationships , ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth. You will act as the strategic link between our clients and the studio, understanding their business needs and building profitable, long-term partnerships. Establish ways of working that bring structure, accountability, and efficiency to the design process—both internally with our designers and externally with clients. Support the design process , collaborating closely with the creative team to ensure projects meet high standards of quality, profitability, and timely delivery. Negotiate contracts, budgets, and project roadmaps with confidence, crafting scopes of work that balance client goals and commercial success. Work alongside Business Development to help shape winning proposals and set achievable revenue targets for the Interior Design team. Drive operational excellence by refining processes, improving communication, and supporting the professional growth of Client Managers. You will play a central role in shaping how we manage the end-to-end design process, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, Client Managers, and the creative team. The position is based inour Antwerp studio , where close interaction and teamwork fuel creativity and innovation. About you You are an experienced, ambitious leader with a passion for interior design, hospitality, and client relationships. You thrive in dynamic environments and have the skills to build strong, professional partnerships with international clients. You bring: A proven track record leading client teams in interior design, ideally with experience in international and hospitality-focused projects. Expertise in managing large-scale design projects , including full hotel refurbishments. You know how to define scopes of work, set project roadmaps, and drive results. Strong leadership skills and a natural ability to coach and develop teams. Exceptional negotiation skills and confidence in managing budgets, contracts, and complex client interactions. Fluency in managing multiple projects , ensuring creative and commercial excellence while meeting deadlines. A collaborative mindset that balances the needs of clients, designers, and the studio. Outstanding communication skills , both internally and externally. Fluency in English ; Dutch and French are a plus. A positive, entrepreneurial spirit with authenticity and passion for your role.
