Account Development Specialist We are seeking an accomplished Account Development Specialist to spearhead the growth of our pharmaceutical products in North of Belgium. Promote and drive adoption of our pharmaceutical products by collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region Develop and execute tailored account plans to meet sales and growth targets The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Life Sciences, at least 2 years of experience in hospital sales, exceptional communication skills in French and English, and outstanding negotiation and strategic thinking abilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the team to achieve sales objectives and contribute to our mission: driving innovation through science, care, and collaboration. We offer a competitive compensation package including salary between 37000 EUR and 48000 EUR, benefits such as a company car, group insurance, hospital & dental insurance, family benefits, and daily allowance.
