Azure DevOps Engineer / Lead – 12-Month Contract – Dutch Speaking€550 per day | Antwerp + Hybrid | Insurance ClientWe’re seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer / Lead (Dutch-speaking) to support a large transformation programme for a major insurance client. Dutch fluency is essential, as you will work closely with on-site stakeholders and technical teams.Key DetailsContract: 12 months (extendable)Rate: €550 per dayLocation: Remote with up to 2 days per week on-site in AntwerpTeam: Delivery team led by an on-site technical managerResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to core DevOps engineering and automation initiativesWork directly with customer stakeholders to guide technical decisionsBuild, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOpsDesign CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and automation workflowsEnsure reliability, security, and consistency across cloud environmentsCollaborate with infrastructure teams and architects to maintain delivery qualityRequired ExperienceDutch fluency (mandatory)6+ years in DevOps / cloud engineering rolesStrong, hands-on expertise in Azure, Azure DevOps, and Terraform (production experience required)Practical experience with Docker and KubernetesProven experience designing automation solutions — not just operating existing pipelinesStrong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)Experience with IaC, CI/CD best practices, tool integrations, and security toolingSolid understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and governanceInsurance industry experience is a plus
