Onze organisatie is gespecialiseerd in industriële meet- en controlesystemen en richt zich op complexe infrastructuurprojecten, voornamelijk in spoor, energie en industriële automatisering. Binnen deze context zoeken wij een gedreven Site Manager die de uitvoering op onze werven coördineert en zorgt voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en tijdige oplevering. Jouw rol Als Site Manager ben jij de operationele spil op de werf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van alle activiteiten op de site en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klant, onderaannemers en interne teams. Verantwoordelijkheden Planning & Coördinatie: opstellen van werkplannen, bewaken van voortgang en deadlines. Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften (VCA, LMRA, PBM) en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. Teamleiding: aansturen van eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers, organiseren van kick-offs en toolboxmeetings. Budget & Scope: bewaken van kosten, signaleren en beheren van wijzigingen. Communicatie: rapporteren van voortgang, risico's en afwijkingen aan het projectteam en klant. Jouw profiel Bachelor/Master in elektriciteit, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in werfcoördinatie of projectuitvoering. Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden. HSEQ-gericht: kennis van veiligheidsprocedures en certificeringen (VCA VOL vereist). Rijbewijs B en bereidheid tot verplaatsingen. Wat wij bieden Een uitdagende fun...
