**Functie**:

- As Production Manager you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the production site
- You are responsible for planning and recruiting the necessary people within your site
- Implementing improvement proposals through Lean-Projects
- Together with the manager you determine the strategy of the company and you look for possible opportunities to achieve further growth

**Functie-eisen**:

- You have a master’s degree in civil/industrial engineering or another technical degree
- You have at least 7 years of relevant experience
