Quality Coordinator Location: Liege Industry: Transportation + Aerospace Salary: Up To €75,000 Job Type: Hybrid/On-Site High-Tech Aerospace Supply Chain We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to support our quality activities within a high-tech aerospace supply chain environment. The role focuses on maintaining process reliability, supporting compliance, coordinating quality documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Quality Management and Documentation • Maintain and update the Quality Management System. • Assist in drafting and revising procedures and work instructions. • Help ensure alignment with customer and industry requirements. Performance Monitoring and Improvement • Track quality indicators and supply chain performance metrics. • Support non-conformity management and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions. • Contribute to improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and product reliability. Audits and Compliance • Assist in internal audits and prepare materials for external and customer audits. • Support audit follow-up activities and risk assessments. Operational Support • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and technical teams to ensure consistent application of quality practices. • Provide day-to-day support for deviations, documentation updates and process improvements. QHSE Support • Participate in selected safety, environmental or sustainability activities if relevant. (Experience in QHSE is considered an advantage.) Profile • Experience in quality, logistics or supply chain is an asset, but not essential. • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams in a technical environment. • Interest in aerospace, precision-driven processes or high-tech industries. • Familiarity with audits, continuous improvement or non-conformity management is a plus.
