**Situering**
De afdeling gynaecologische oncologie van de Dienst Gynaecologie-Verloskunde omvat naast de hospitalisatie-afdeling het daghospitaal gynaecologische oncologie. Om de artsen en de dienst Gynaecologie-Verloskunde te ondersteunen in de continue zorg(verbetering) zijn wij op zoek naar een Clinical Support Manager die zal worden ingeschakeld binnen Gynaecologische oncologie.
Dit betreft een 60% tewerkstelling.
**Wat je functie inhoudt**
- Je ondersteunt de artsen bij hun klinische activiteiten op de (dag)hospitalisatie-afdelingen, voornamelijk in de patiëntenzorg.
- Je neemt de voorbereiding van opname en ontslag ter harte.
- Je levert klinisch-technische prestaties (nemen van vitale parameters, afnemen van EKG,).
- Je werkt mee aan procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteitsverbetering op de dienst.
- Je wordt aangestuurd door het medisch diensthoofd.
**Wat wij vragen**
- Je bent een verpleegkundige met een bijkomende masteropleiding in de gezondheidszorg of je bezit een masterdiploma in de biomedische wetenschappen, minor klinische.
- Een visum als verpleegkundige of erkenning als medisch laboratoriumtechnoloog is een meerwaarde; het ziekenhuis kan je ondersteunen in het opleidingstraject om deze erkenning te verwerven.
- Je ervaring op een oncologische dienst is een bijkomende troef.
- Je bent flexibel en je werkt vlot samen in een multidisciplinair team.
- Je analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden zijn goed ontwikkeld.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent voldoende assertief met aandacht voor diplomatie en integriteit.
- Je neemt initiatief en je kan efficiënt organiseren.
- Je bent stressbestendig en je weet de juiste prioriteiten te leggen.
- Je staat open voor rechtstreekse interactie met patiënten en je kan empathisch met hun situatie en hun familieleden omgaan.
- Je hebt een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent bereid je uurrooster aan te passen in functie van de noden van de dienst.
