The Technology & Process Optimisation division oversees the advancement and upkeep of information systems, striving for seamless integration of tools and processes within the organization while driving process enhancements through digitization.
The role of Indirect Distribution Systems BSM involves serving as the primary technical and functional liaison for external distributors and their technical partners to facilitate the sale of Eurostar products per agreed terms.

- Communicate changes affecting commercial offerings and distribution systems to external partners for necessary development or configuration adjustments.
- Coordinate testing of new commercial initiatives or technical projects with external parties to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
- Assist new distributors and technical partners in system integration with Eurostar's inventory platforms.
- Analyze Eurostar sales team requirements to prioritize distribution system improvements.
- Collaborate with the Core Systems & Inventory team to address incidents impacting Eurostar's distribution operations.
- Ensure external bookings align with Eurostar's sales and operational systems in collaboration with the Sales Systems team.

Requirements
You will have...
- Experience in managing information systems
- Capacity to plan tasks and anticipate risks in the development implementation process
- Experience in vendor management and monitoring service level agreements
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and relay technical details to non-technical audiences effectively
- Strong analytical skills for complex technical and functional requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency
- Knowledge of railway and airline inventory systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with pricing and revenue management principles
- Understanding of JSON APIs and basic knowledge of Postman
- Proficiency in English and French
