Business Systems Manager Indirect Distribution Systems

The Technology & Process Optimisation department oversees the development and management of information systems, drives the integration of tools and processes, and focuses on enhancing digitization efforts.
The Indirect Distribution Systems BSM will act as the primary contact for external distributors and their technical partners to facilitate the sale of Eurostar products based on established distribution agreements.
Position: Grade F, located in Brussels or London

- Inform external distributors and technical partners about changes to commercial offerings and distribution systems to assess necessary developments or configuration adjustments.
- Coordinate testing of new commercial offers or technical projects with external partners to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
- Assist new distributors and technical partners in integrating with Eurostar's inventory systems.
- Analyze the requirements of Eurostar sales teams to prioritize system enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Core Systems & Inventory team to address incidents affecting Eurostar's distribution.
- Ensure compatibility of bookings from external distributors with Eurostar's sales and operational systems in partnership with the Sales Systems team.
Requirements
- Exposure to information systems management.
- Ability to plan tasks and foresee risks during development implementation.
- Experience in managing external suppliers and service level agreements.
- Strong communication skills to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Analytical capabilities to handle complex technical and functional requirements.
- Proficiency in English and French, with knowledge in railway and airline inventory systems considered a plus.
- Understanding of pricing and revenue management as well as JSON APIs and Postman basics.
