Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives.

You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities

How you will contribute


You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans.

You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance.

Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

What you need to know about this position

:

  • You will b e the face of Philadelphia ( + broader M eals business) in Belgium : you ensure its success
  • You will d e sign together with your manager and JBM Meals Netherlands-France the right brand strategy, which you translate into brand plans and growth initiatives.
  • You will l ead the implementation and bestinclass execution of identified brand plans, with the objective to deliver profitable share growth in the constantly changing competitive environment

Examples are:
media, activation, portfolio and new product launches

  • You will p roactively steer the business, based on your close business tracking and analysis.
  • You will w ork hand in hand with the JBM Meals Netherlands-France, your marketing colleagues in other countries, the EU Philadelphia team, CI & media partner s and your external agencies.
  • You will e stablish powerful and constructive relationships and act as an inspiring partner with your key crossfunctional stakeholders such as category planning, sales, demand planning, PCM and finance.
**Job specific requirements: - A solid commercial experience in FMCG of at least 2 to 4 years

  • A strong passion and commitment to our brands and business
  • The ability to deliver results autonomously and get what you need by influencing your stakeholders
  • Very strong analytical skills and ability to see the big picture
  • The ability to present your story in a n inspiring and convincing manner
  • The strength to be actionoriented and manage projects from A-Z
  • You are fluently bilingual Dutch or French / English
