Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- De medewerkers in jouw afdeling voeren onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan de schildering van onze treinen en zijn onderdelen. Als people manager geef je leiding aan dit team en zorg je er samen met hen voor dat de reizigers kunnen rekenen op propere treinen.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je stuurt een afdeling van ca 70 FTE aan waar in wisselende ploegen (vroege-late) en vaste nacht wordt gewerkt.
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor jouw gedeelte van het productieproces. Je stuurt je teamleaders aan om te voldoen aan de verwachtingen.
- Je bewaakt de kosten van je productieproces.
- Je ontwikkelt een visie betreffende 5S en implementeert die.
- Je ontwikkelt en stuurt werkmethodes bij.
- Je bewaakt veiligheid en kwaliteit.
- Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis aan het afdelingshoofd Rollend Materieel.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je hebt een masterdiploma industriële wetenschappen of ingenieurswetenschappen, bij voorkeur in een technische richting OF je hebt relevante ervaring.
- EN- Je hebt min. 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving.
- Daarnaast:
- Je bent een people manager met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.
- Je bent flexibel in je werkuren.
- Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
