**Omschrijving van de functie**:
- Je neemt de leiding over de realisatie van projecten bij klanten in de retail-, corporate
- en industriële sector. Deze projecten variëren van het uitrusten van een bedrijfsvergaderzaal met conference systemen tot het uitrollen van een origineel digitaal concept voor winkels.- Enkele realisaties van ons team:
- Dynamische klantencommunicatie dankzij signage-project bij Colruyt
- Interactieve fabrieksrondleiding voor bezoekers van Audi
- Digitale communicatie en geautomatiseerde vergaderzalen voor Aurubis
- Conceptualisatie en realisatie van slimme passpiegels
- Tijdens je projecten werk je nauw samen met je klanten en ons team van consultants en ingenieurs. Je wordt ondersteund door de account managers, product managers en logistieke medewerkers.- Je start met de identificatie van technische en functionele vereisten en anticipeert op mogelijke knelpunten in de realisatie. Op basis hiervan ontwikkel en implementeer je jouw projectplan.Tijdens de realisatiefase vervul je de rol van uniek contactpersoon tussen DOBIT en de klant, alsook tussen DOBIT en de onderaannemers. Daarnaast manage je het projectteam, zodat ze gefocust blijven op het behalen van resultaten in termen van kwaliteit, budget, deadlines en scope. Je centraliseert alle relevante informatie en rapporteert de voortgang van het project naar je team, de klant en het management.**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Elektronica-ICT en kan reeds een stevige ervaring als Project Manager aantonen.
- Het aansturen en begeleiden van multidisciplinaire teams geeft je voldoening. Medewerkers motiveren om te streven naar een mooi eindresultaat, teamspirit creëren en mensen helpen groeien doe je graag
- Als teamspeler kent men jou als iemand die proactief, oplossingsgericht, flexibel en positief ingesteld is.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels en spreekt een redelijk niveau Frans.
