Les Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc endossent la responsabilité de coordinateur national ou de promoteur dans le cadre de trois études multicentriques financées par le programme KCE-trials.

La mission du Project Manager et CRA pour les études du programme KCE- TRIALS 2023 sera de mettre en place, suivre et en assurer la qualité des données et de la réalisation des études pour tous les centres belges en fonction soit des tâches déléguées par les promoteurs étrangers soit des tâches incombant aux CUSL comme promoteur et en respect du protocole/modifications approuvés, des GCP et de la législation applicable en Belgique.

Intégré au CTC, vous serez au cœur de l'action, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc et les différents acteurs impliqués dans les études multicentriques financées par le programme KCE-trials.

Voici un aperçu plus détaillé de vos responsabilités :

En tant que Chargé de Projets :

  • Vous serez impliqué dès le début, en assistant le promoteur/coordinateur national dans le développement des documents d'information et de consentement adaptés aux normes belges et la préparation des centres.
  • En lien avec le support CTC, vous serez responsable de la gestion administrative, du développement des documents de support et de la collecte des documents requis à l'obtention de toutes les autorisations nécessaires et au maintien de leur adéquation au long de l'étude.
  • Vous assurerez la coordination financière selon le budget octroyé et en assurant un reporting précis au KCE.
  • Pendant l'étude, vous maintiendrez une communication fluide avec tous les acteurs, organiserez des réunions régulières et assurerez un suivi rigoureux du recrutement.

En tant que CRA :

  • Vous préparerez minutieusement la mise en place de l'étude, en développant les documents de support nécessaires pour chaque centre investigateur.
  • Vous organiserez les visites d'initiation et de monitoring dans les centres extérieurs, assurant une formation complète du personnel sur les exigences réglementaires et le suivi des données.
  • En lien avec la CRA du CTC, vous serez responsable de la surveillance continue de l'étude, en vous assurant que toutes les procédures sont menées selon les BPC et les réglementations belges.
  • Vous serez le point de contact principal pour toutes les questions liées à la collecte des données et vous rapporterez immédiatement toute violation des protocoles ou des réglementations.
