Onze klant is een internationaal bedrijf actief in de **Logisieke sector.**

De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **Human Resources (HR) Assistant **zijn:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de loonadministratie;
- Je stelt de contracten op;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en beantwoordt alle HR-gerelateerde vragen;
- Je neemt contact op met de leasemaatschappij;
- Je controleert de leveringen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de dossiers;
- Je organiseert de opleidingen.

De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **Human Resources (HR) Assistant **zijn:

- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels en een goede kennis van het Frans;
- Je kunt vlot overweg met MS Office;
- Je hebt minstens een jaar werkervaring in als HR assistant;
- Je heeft interesse in administratie;
- Je bent gemotiveerd en kunt zelfstandig werken.
