Onze klant is een wereldwijd gekende speler en marktleider, met locaties in meer dan 100 landen. Ze zijn houden zich bezig met innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen in de chemische sector. Op dit moment zoeken ze bijkomende ondersteuning binnen hun HR team te Machelen.
Als Junior HR Business Partner rapporteer je aan de HR Manager en zien je verantwoordelijkheden er als volgt uit:
- Je bent het eerste **aanspreekpunt** voor leidinggevenden en adviseert hen bij allerhande HR-vraagstukken.
- Je leert de business kennen en denkt mee aan **oplossingen** binnen organisatiewijzigingen, functiewijzigingen, individuele personeelsaangelegenheden
- Je ondersteunt verschillende **Talent & Development** acties in België : opvolgen van het opleidingsplan, het organiseren en zelf geven van opleidingen,...
- Je coördineert en/of realiseert de **werving en selectie** van bedienden en arbeiders profielen.
- Je ondersteunt de implementatie van verschillende **HR projecten en processen** (engagement, talent management, on
- en off boarding, ontwikkelingstrajecten,...).
- Je draagt zorg voor optimale **personeelsrelaties** en ondersteunt het **sociaal overleg.**:
- Samen met de HR Manager zie je erop toe dat het Corporate **HR beleid en strategie** op een correctie manier worden geïmplementeerd binnen de Belgische organisatie.

De kandidaat die we zoeken voor deze functie van Junior HR Business Partner:
- Behaald diploma in HR / Personeelsorganisatie / Psychologie of een geralteerde richting
- Een eerste ervaring (1-5 jaar) in een HR functie
- Professionele kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, alsook noties Frans
- Beschikt over een mature, proactieve en leergierige ingesteldheid
- Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
