As a Sales Manager OOH/FS - DACH, your main role is to meet sales and profitability objectives within designated food service key accounts and regions. By fostering strong connections and forging close alliances with clients, you aim to strengthen and expand our foothold in the food service sector. Your primary duties include:

Business Planning

  • Lead and supervise comprehensive business and account planning.
  • Analyze category sales, margins, and agreements.
  • Oversee demand planning in Integrated Business Planning.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Boost and maintain food service business in pivotal accounts.
  • Diversify and enhance the product mix.
  • Organize, carry out, and evaluate customer promotions.
  • Encourage category growth and secure new deals.
  • Widen distribution and pinpoint fresh opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Constantly enhance operations to optimize customer satisfaction and cut down expenses.
  • Fine-tune discounts and collaborative marketing costs.
  • Simplify the outbound value chain through supply chain/logistics.
  • Improve payment conditions and manage financial risks.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, including for sales initiatives and product assortment adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • At least 3 years as (KA)M within OOH/FS
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Results-oriented individual with robust negotiation & communication skills
  • Proficient in maintaining a broad perspective
  • Fluent in Dutch, English & German
