Qc Technician Packaging Device

Notre futur collègue intégrera l'équipe dédiée à l'Incoming Packaging en qualité d'analyste d'articles de conditionnement (primaire, secondaire et medical device) et des tests de fonctionnalités sur les devices.
En tant que **Technicien QC Packaging device, **vous aimerez travailler dans un environnement où vous pourrez:
- Effectuer les essais analytiques conformément aux instructions reçues dans les conditions préétablies de temps, de conformité technique et de sécurité.
- Participer activement au doubles check des résultats analytiques et à la libération des lots dans le système SAP.
- Effectuer les contrôles des articles de conditionnement et des produits finis, conformément aux instructions de travail et procédures préétablies
Vos principales tâches:
- Vous assurez le suivi des échantillons provenant des magasins en vérifiant la concordance des échantillons avec les documents SAP et en les enregistrant dans le registre prévu à cet effet
- Vous assurez, le cas échéant, le suivi du calibrage de l'appareillage de laboratoire
- Vous signalez au superviseur QC ou son suppléant de l'équipe tout besoins en matériels et réactifs
- Vous contrôlez les Accessoires de Conditionnement Primaires et Secondaires suivant les instructions et procédures en vigueur ainsi que les Spécifications Internes, Spécifications
- Vous contrôlez sur les produits finis en effectuant les tests de fonctionnalités pour permettre la mise sur le marché des lots
- Vous analysez les stabilités, dans un temps imparti et sans retard, en effectuant les tests de fonctionnalités sur les devices
- Vous enregistrez les données brutes suivant les Instructions propres à chaque type d'article
- Vous effectuez le double check des données générées par tous les laboratoires
- Vous gérez l'historique des articles, les BATS en suivant les procédures internes.
- Vous gérez l'archivage des échantillons d'une commande entrante et l'archivage des imprimés
- Vous effectuez tous types d'activités liés au bon fonctionnement du laboratoire (ex. : suivi du 5S, des points HSE,.)
- Vous appliquez la politique de sécurité et d'hygiène de l'entreprise au sein du laboratoire (accent mis sur la prévention des accidents)
- Vous informez le Responsable du Laboratoire de tout accident ou incident, danger ou nuisance
- Vous effectuez les actions correctives dans les délais convenus
**Profil**:
**Pour cette position nous cherchons le diplôme, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes:
- Vous avez un bachelier en chimie, biochimie, biologie ou équivalent par expérience professionnelle.
- Vous avez eu une expérience en laboratoire de par votre formation (stage, cursus,.) ou vos expériences professionnelles.
- La connaissance des normes GMP, 5S ou HSE est un atout
- Vous êtes méticuleux avec un souci du détail
- Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe
- Vous avez une bonne communication et une approche collaborative
