Belfius Wealth Management is gespecialiseerd in het beheer en de structurering van het vermogen van VHNWI-klanten. Belfius Wealth Management is verankerd in de realiteit van vandaag, trekt resoluut de kaart van de toekomst en profileert zich zoals een nieuwe nichebank binnen een universele bank.
**De job in een notendop**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zoeken naar nieuwe klanten en voor het uitbouwen van een portefeuille van Wealth Management-klanten in de regio (klanten met meer dan 2,5 mio EUR tegoeden in onze boeken).
- Je bent belast met de gepersonaliseerde ontwikkeling, het beheer en de structurering van de globale commerciële relatie met hen.
- In dat verband formuleer je commerciële voorstellen voor de globale spreiding van hun portefeuille om hun tevredenheid te vergroten; uiteraard ben je in staat hen de evolutie van hun beheerde portefeuilles uit te leggen.
- Je bent, zowel binnen als buiten Belfius Wealth Management, de ambassadeur van zijn specifieke value proposition, zowel binnen als buiten de Belfius Group. In dat verband ga je voortdurend de knowhow en de benadering van Belfius promoten in kringen van VIP-klanten om het marktaandeel van de bank daar te vergroten.
- Je werkt samen met alle experts van Belfius (Corporate Banking, de dealing room, Asset Management, kredietspecialisten, juristen-fiscalisten enz.); je werkt meer specifiek nauw samen met de teams van Corporate banking en je bent in staat een vertrouwens
- en samenwerkingsband op te bouwen met de kantoren.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan met de volgende eigenschappen:
- je hebt een universitair diploma of gelijkwaardig
- je beschikt over commercieel dynamisme en je hebt bewezen dat je sterk bent in het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten
- je hebt een succesvolle en bewezen ervaring van op zijn minst 5 jaar in de Private Banking-metiers, waarvan 3 jaar in Wealth Management of gelijkwaardig
- je volgt de ontwikkelingen in je expertisedomein op de voet
- je bent vertrouwd met de digitale tools
- je bent een geboren netwerker (zowel intern als extern) en je weet klanten te overtuigen dankzij je heldere communicatie
Je scoort extra met het volgende:
- je behaalde al de certificeringen voor Private Banker bij Febelfin (Estate Planning en Investment) of je bent in elk geval bereid om die te behalen
