**Missions**:

En tant que commercial au sein de l'équipe Private Wealth Solutions chez Tikehau Capital, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la croissance de l'entreprise en gérant efficacement un portefeuille commercial. Vos principales responsabilités comprendront:
- Gestion du portefeuille client : superviser l'intégration, l'assistance et le maintien des relations avec les investisseurs potentiels sur l'ensemble des produits de Tikehau Capital. Ceci inclut la gestion de l’ensemble du cycle de vente, du premier contact jusqu’à l’assistance et le suivi.
- Connaissance des produits et des classes d'actifs : développer une compréhension approfondie des produits et des classes d'actifs de Tikehau Capital, notamment les stratégies de dette privée, de capital-investissement, d'immobilier et de marché des capitaux, afin de communiquer efficacement la proposition de valeur aux clients.
- Couverture géographique : couvrir le Luxembourg et la Belgique pour interagir avec des clients et des prospects, établir et entretenir des relations avec des High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) et des Family Offices.
- Collaboration : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les bureaux locaux pour assurer l'alignement des stratégies de vente et de leur exécution, en favorisant une collaboration et des canaux de communication solides.
- Reporting : utilisez des outils tels que Salesforce, Pardot et Excel pour suivre les activités de vente, analyser les données et générer des rapports pour éclairer la prise de décision et optimiser les performances des ventes.
De plus, vous devrez:
- Identifier et prendre contact avec des investisseurs potentiels, en tirant parti de votre expertise et de votre réseau au sein des secteurs de la banque privée ou de la gestion d'actifs.
- Développer une compréhension complète des cadres réglementaires locaux régissant les produits financiers pour garantir la conformité dans toutes les activités de vente.
- Planifier et exécuter des événements locaux pour promouvoir la marque Tikehau Capital et accroître sa notoriété auprès des marchés cibles.
Poste basé en Belgique, déplacements fréquents à prévoir sur le territoire belge et néerlandais.

As a Sales in the Private Wealth Solutions team at Tikehau Capital, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively managing a commercial portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Portfolio Management: oversee the onboarding, assistance, and maintenance of relationships with potential investors across all Tikehau Capital products. This includes managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to ongoing support and follow-up.
- Product and asset class knowledge: develop an in-depth understanding of Tikehau Capital's products and asset classes, including Private Debt, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Capital Market Strategies, to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Geographical coverage: travel across Luxembourg and Belgium to engage with clients and prospects, building and maintaining relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), and local single/multi Family Offices.
- Collaboration: work closely with local offices to ensure alignment in sales strategies and execution, fostering strong collaboration and communication channels.
- Reporting: utilize tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Excel to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
Additionally, you will be expected to:
- Identify and initiate contact with potential investors, leveraging your expertise and network within the Private Banking or Asset Management sectors.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of local regulatory frameworks governing financial products to ensure compliance in all sales activities.
- Plan and execute local events to promote the Tikehau Capital brand and enhance awareness within the target markets.
Location: based in Belgium, frequent trips on the Belgium and Dutch territories.

- Compétences linguistiques : maîtrise du flamand, du français et de l'anglais, permettant une communication efficace avec les clients et les collègues dans plusieurs régions.
- Expérience : minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle commercial au sein d'une banque privée ou de la gestion d'actifs, avec une expérience avérée en matière de collecte de fonds et de vente
- Connaissance du marché : bonne compréhension des marchés luxembourgeois et belge
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et relationnelles, avec capacité à dialoguer efficacement avec divers profils de clients et adapter les solutions aux besoins identifiés.
