Pour soutenir nos ambitions, nous recherchons un Relationship officer Investments pour rejoindre l'équipe DP Investment Care à Bruxelles.
Votre Position
- Vous travaillerez en équipe avec d'autres conseillers en Investment Care ayant différents niveaux d'expérience. En tant qu'équipe, vous êtes responsable du suivi et du service efficaces du portefeuille de clients dans le segment Mass Affluent.
- Vous êtes un membre essentiel de l'équipe pour développer l'activité (numérique) Investment Care et partager vos connaissances et votre expertise avec les autres collègues de l'équipe.
- Votre tâche principale consiste essentiellement à offrir un service de haute qualité aux clients. Vous êtes responsable du suivi et du développement de la relation client : vous analysez les questions et les souhaits des clients et leur proposez des solutions, sur le plan commercial, administratif, réglementaire et transactionnel. Pour ce faire, vous faites appel à l'expertise interne de Degroof Petercam.
- Vous assurez également le suivi des nouvelles pistes. Vous identifiez les clients potentiels ou les accompagnez vers une évolution de leur portefeuille existant. Vous prenez toute initiative d’upselling de l'activité Private Banking.
- Dans ce rôle, les interactions se font principalement à distance : par courrier, téléphone ou appel vidéo. À titre exceptionnel, des contacts en face à face seront possibles.
- Vous apporterez votre soutien au respect des obligations réglementaires, ainsi qu'aux tâches administratives dans le cadre de ces relations avec les clients.
- Au fil du temps, ce poste offre de réelles perspectives d'évolution au sein de la banque.
- Vous agirez en tant qu'ambassadeur pour familiariser les clients avec les solutions d'investissement numériques et les canaux de communication à distance.
- Vous respecterez scrupuleusement les réglementations et procédures externes de la Banque applicables au poste.
Votre Profil
- Vous êtes communicatif/ve, vous avez de solides compétences commerciales et relationnelles et vous établissez des relations durables dans un cadre défini.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'entreprise et êtes orienté/e vers les résultats.
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les solutions et outils numériques, ainsi qu'une expérience de l'utilisation des systèmes de gestion de la relation client.
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour la gestion des actifs et les marchés financiers.
- Vous avez un diplôme universitaire ou équivalent et plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente, de préférence dans une fonction commerciale au sein du secteur financier.
- Vous êtes bilingue en français et en néerlandais. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
- Vous êtes enthousiaste à l'idée de faire partie d'une nouvelle équipe et de relever un véritable défi.
- Vous prenez des initiatives et pouvez suggérer des améliorations.
