Context
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled hands-on Project Manager to join our Business & Implementation Management team within the Private Banking department.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our strategic Private Banking Roadmap. You’ll be responsible for successfully delivering various projects within this roadmap, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. These projects are generally business oriented but can also contain an important IT or regulatory component. Your end-to-end ownership will encompass project management, change management, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Your Position
You are a skilled hands-on project manager with experience in change management:
- Manage projects which can consist of ideation, analysis, documentation, coordination, reporting, planning, change management and delivery.
- Manage scope, timeline, communication, risk, and governance for assigned projects.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the Private Banking department and support functions (IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations).
- Take ownership of relevant domains within private banking (examples are MiFID, cash, pricing, offering,).
- Leverage your change management skills to ensure seamless adoption delivered projects.

Your Profile
- Master’s Degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry or in a major consulting organization
- Proven ability to define, manage and deliver projects
- Familiarity with change
- and project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent analytic skills and creative problem solver
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills (PowerPoint, Excel, CoPilot,)
- Good communication skills, being able to engage, mobilize and build trust
- Organized, self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Certification in Project Management and Change Management is an asset
- Good knowledge of the banking sector and in particular of the private banking is a plus
