At Degroof Petercam Private Banking, expertise is at the service of our clients. Within DP Client Center, we offer investment solutions in an interactive way for Mass Affluent clients and Execution Only Services. In addition to efficient digital tools, we still attach great importance to human contact.
To support our ambitions, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join the Client Center, our team supporting the mass affluent clientele of the bank remotely, located in Brussels.
Your Position
- You are part of a team servicing Mass Affluent clients and providing Execution Only Services;
- You are a key member of the team in developing the digital Execution Only & Mass Affluent business and sharing your knowledge and expertise with other Relationship Managers in the team;
- Your main mission is to provide a high-quality service to clients. You are responsible for monitoring and developing the customer relationship: you analyze customers' questions and wishes and propose solutions in commercial, administrative, regulatory, and transactional matters. To do so, you draw on Degroof Petercam's in-house expertise;
- You facilitate upselling towards the Private Banking activity or within the mass affluent segment;
- You provide support in complying with regulatory obligations, as well as with administrative tasks in the context of these customer relations;
- You act as an ambassador to familiarize customers with digital investment solutions and remote communication channels and play an active role in the related digitization project;
- You scrupulously comply with the Bank's external regulations and procedures applicable to the position.
Your Profile
- You have a solid knowledge of financial markets and products and are interested in them;
- You are communicative, have strong commercial and interpersonal skills and can build lasting relationships within a defined framework;
- You are a teamplayer, entrepreneurial and results oriented;
- You have a keen interest in digital solutions and tools, as well as experience in using customer relationship management systems;
- You have a bachelor or master degree and/or several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a commercial role within the financial sector. You are fluent in French and/or Dutch. Knowledge of English is an asse;
- You are enthusiastic about being part of a team where a lot of digital challenges take place;
- You take initiative and can suggest improvements.
