De IT-omgeving van de MIVB, en met name de ERP-omgeving, ondergaat een ingrijpende metamorfose. De architecturale en technologische veranderingen voltrekken zich in een razend tempo: evolutie naar S/4 Hana, evolutie naar de cloud, implementatie van SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP OpenText, transformatie van het sourcingmodel, enz.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Solution architect HR om ons te ondersteunen in deze transitie.
Als Solution architect SAP HR draag je bij tot het opstellen van een ambitieuze en innovatieve roadmap. Hiertoe onderhoud je contacten met verschillende functionele domeinen van de MIVB, de architectuur en de technische aspecten van de toepassingen alsook met externe partners en draagt je bij tot ons omvangrijk SAP-transformatieprogramma "Magellan".
Wat doe je precies?
- Samen met de businessexperts maak je een inventaris van de functionele eisen. Op basis hiervan ontwerp je de beste technische en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossing, rekening houdend met het geplande budget. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering en rapporteert over de voortgang van het project aan de verschillende belanghebbenden.
- Je begeleidt SAP HR ontwikkelingsprojecten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van de toepassingen in jouw portefeuille.
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je hebt een diploma Ingenieur in informatica of handelsingenieur, een masterdiploma in informatica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring met het functioneel of hiërarchisch leidinggeven aan projectmedewerkers.
- Je hebt ervaring op één of meer van de volgende gebieden: SAP HR (soft & hard HR), SAP Successfactors, SAP Fiori, SAP OpenText, SAP S/4Hana, SAP Qualtrix, Service Now.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden (NL, FR, EN) tegenover zowel technische als niet-technische profielen, waardoor je duidelijk kunt communiceren, zelfs over complexe onderwerpen.
- Je bent in staat te zorgen voor een goede organisatie en structuur.
