Responsibilities:

  • Drive solution design and architecture in Discover/ Business Blueprint and implementation.
  • Take a pivotal role in the overall platform development as a CDC Architect, providing indepth technical knowledge of the CDC product and its integration capabilities with other identity management solutions.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Enterprise and Integration Architects in scenarios where, in addition to SAP CDC, multiple technologies are involved.
  • Execute configuration, design validation, functional specification review, integration design review, test scenario validation, authorization strategy finalization, data migration, and cutover strategy finalization.
  • Documenting the process flow diagram with a tobe process description.
  • Document functional and technical solutions against requirement statements.
  • Agree with customers on how to demonstrate scenarios and configure/customize required scenarios in the system.
  • Document minutes of meetings from discovery and solutioning workshops.
  • Identify and document gaps and customization/interface areas, and provide highlevel direction for solutions.
  • Deliver overall data migration approach and cutover strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with QAs, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Support Specialists, and DevOps team members to deliver business requirements.

Must Have:

  • At least 6 years of experience
  • Experience in driving/conducting design workshops for a life sciences customer involving multicountry and multidivision scope.
  • Should have expertise in CIAM domain along with in SAP Customer Data Cloud (a.k.a Gigya) and knowledge of extension feasibilities.
  • Should have indepth knowledge in internal integration architecture of SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and external integrations with 3rdparty systems/websites, Provisioning, Customer Identity and Access Management, Consent Management and progressive Profile.
  • Experience of working as CIAM Architect in Lifescience industryWork as CIAM Architect with indepth knowledge in SAP CDC CIAM, Consent and progressive profile modules, API services and extensibility options.
  • Be able to drive and lead functional and technical consultants to deliver the following: work as an E2E SAP CDC Architect and drive/conduct discovery and BBP workshops with customer process experts for CIAM, consent, progressive profiling, and integrations.
  • Be able to understand countryspecific localization, integration, and reporting requirements, and provide solutions for the same.
  • Experience of working in SAFe methodology.
  • Business Process knowledge on GDPR.

Nice to have:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as an SAP CIAM Architect engaged in unification/large migration projects.
  • Indepth knowledge in SAP CDC.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problemsolving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
