Als business controller bij Keolis heb je een veelzijdig takenpakket:
- je analyseert de cijfers en de resultaten van onze filialen en kan variaties verklaren.
- je staat in voor forecasting en budgettering van jouw geografische zone.
- je hebt nauw contact met de verschillende filialen in jouw zone zodat je een goed begrip hebt van het operationele luik, waardoor je opportuniteiten en bedreigingen kan detecteren.
- je zorgt voor de nodige ondersteuning van de financieel directeur van de groep en van de operationeel directeur van jouw regio
- je controleert de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de informatiecircuits binnen de filialen van de groep. In die hoedanigheid dien je een perfecte kennis te verwerven van de activiteiten van de groep en haar filialen.
- je zorgt voor een goede doorstroming van de informatie tussen de exploitatie en de boekhouding.
- je ziet toe op een correcte toepassing van de regels binnen de filialen (bijvoorbeeld: investeringsproces, toepassing van interne procedures,).
- je staat in voor de opvolging en analyse van de maandelijkse rapportering.
- Je brengt regelmatig verslag uit van de activiteiten aan het directiecomité.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor bepaalde transversale activiteiten: (Investeringen, IFRS 16, Aanbestedingen en follow-up van specifieke projecten)
Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Neder-over-Heembeek en Visé en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Financieel Directeur van Keolis Belgium.
**Profiel**:
Ben je analytisch, verdiep je je graag in cijfers, en werk je graag in een team en herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten?
- een universitair diploma met een economische of financiële oriëntatie;
- 3- 5 jaar ervaring met financiële controle
- en beheer;
- kennis van de behoeften in het werkveld en hebt operationele inzichten;
- vlotte communicatie (schriftelijk en mondeling) in beide landstalen
- je deelt graag je passie voor cijfers en je weet ze toegankelijk te maken voor je gesprekspartners.
