**Wat ga je doen?**:
- Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor interne projecten binnen de volgende domeinen: Cegeka Cloud, Cyber Security, Continuous Improvement, Internal Processes...
- Samen met de stakeholders definieer je de scope en de impact van projecten waardoor je een duidelijk beeld krijgt van de noden en doelstellingen. Deze vertaal je vervolgens in een projectplan met value based deliverables.
- Uiteraard ben je verantwoordelijk voor de oplevering van het volledige project binnen de afgesproken scope, budget en tijd waarbij je voldoet aan de organisatorische vereisten, methodologie en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Hierbij communiceer je pro-actief met de stakeholders over alle relevante aspecten van de aan jou toegewezen projecten. Je weet hierin de juiste balans te vinden tussen formele rapportage (stuurgroepen, team meetings,...) en informele afstemmingsmomenten.
- De motivatie en ontwikkeling van je projectmedewerkers ligt je nauw aan het hart. Je speelt dan ook een actieve rol in de feedback en de bijsturing.
**Wat breng jij mee?**:
- Je beschikt over een hoger diploma (Bachelor of Master).
- Je hebt minimum 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Project Manager.
- Je ervaring in het maken van business analyses is een pluspunt. Je bent in staat de business noden te vertalen naar portfolio's, programma's en projecten.
- Je hebt een goede algemene visie op (infrastructuur-)projecten en implementatiemethoden.
- Door je vakkennis, communicatieve vaardigheden, flexibiliteit en engagement slaag je erin het vertrouwen van onze interne klanten te winnen.
- Je hanteert een pragmatische projectaanpak op basis van een bewezen projectmethodologie zoals Prince2, Agile.
- Een helicopterview combineer je met de nodige oog voor detail.
- Je beschikt over sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten.
- Je bent administratief ook sterk, spreekt/schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
