Job Description:
Your mission? **As Lead Data Architect, you will be at the heart of our customers' data strategy. You'll define how it should be structured and help them to be become a data-driven organization. Alongside Sven, our Head of Data & Analytics, you will sync with the customer and define what can be done with the data they have and how it can be used to tackle different business challenges. You will then be responsible for designing end-to-end data architectures on the cloud, ranging from data ingestion, data modelling You will constantly be supported by the Data Tribe in order to deliver state-of-the-art architecture on GCP, tailor-made for customer needs.
Qualifications:
Required to have? -
- You have a computer science degree/engineering degree or similar by experience
- You demonstrate ample individual delivery experience working with Google Cloud Platform or another cloud solution
- You have extensive, handson experience with Data Lakes, ETL, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud SQL, BigTable, Spanner, etc
- Coding / scripting skills required, e.g. Python, Go,
- You can build relationships with customers on all levels, influence their longterm strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor
- You can qualify and assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Google Cloud Platform & other Google technologies' deployment, and articulate key differentiators
- You work with your counterparts at Google as if they are your own colleagues
- You speak excellent English and preferably French or Dutch
Nice to have
- You have a Google Cloud Professional Certifications such as Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, Database Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer)

When you're ready with the technical challenge, you'll present your case at the office & meet the team around a coffee (or a beer).
