Voor een R&D bedrijf in het Leuvense zijn we op zoek naar de
**Project Director** om hun afdeling commerciële projecten te versterken. Ontdek hier alvast wat je taken zullen zijn:
- Ja zal **doelen, specificaties en budgetten** zowel definiëren als opvolgen voor alle projecten.
- Je houdt de **KPI's **bij op vlak van tijd, kosten en kwaliteit.
- Mensen en middelen kan je doelmatig inzetten voor alle teams.
- Als Project Director weet je ook **risico's en kansen identificeren.**:
- Je weet de teams ook uit te dagen om de best mogelijk resultaten te behalen.
- Daarnaast zorg je er ook voor dat de toegewijde teamleden in de verschillende afdelingen (verkoop, engineering, inkoop, kwaliteit, productie en werving) op één lijn zitten en up-to-date zijn.
**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een **master in Engineering**, bij voorkeur in mechatronica.
- Jouw **ervaring in projectmanagement** in een gelijkaardige sector is een troef.
- Als Project Director kan je **complexe mechatronische systemen doorgronden.**:
- Je streeft naar perfectie maar bent ook goed in time management.
- Als een geboren communicator kan je niet alleen in het **Nederlands** maar ook in het **Engels** vlot spreken en schrijven.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer.
