Freelance Accounting and Tax Manager

- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and compliance with tax laws, liaise with the fiscal team and support the fiscal contol process.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns, including recognition and accounting for deferred taxes.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to develop accurate financial projections.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Supervise and mentor accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and accounting roles, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP
- Thorough knowledge of tax laws and regulations, as well as accounting principles and practices.
- Full working proficiency in English, French or Dutch are a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative management style
- Freelance management role within a dynamic organization
- Flexibility to work remote 2 days per week
- Assignment with a duration of 12 months
