Join Our Growing Team
Are you a tech-savvy and business-minded professional with over 5 years of experience in Human Experience Management (HCM) Payroll and a background in implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud)? We are seeking passionate individuals to join us as (senior) consultants and trusted advisors for one of the most renowned brands globally.
As a Business Processes Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering impactful HCM services throughout the customer journey. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will lead a team of consultants in project execution and engagement.

Mission and Goals
HCM Services Delivery within EMEA/MEE is part of SAP Services and operates under the Global Cloud Success Services (CSS) and the Global Adoption Service Center (ASC). Our primary focus is assisting customers in their digital and HR transformation journeys. We facilitate the adoption of SAP HXM software, ensuring successful planning, implementation, integration, and operation including continuous enhancement, quality assurance, issue resolution, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements and Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide business and technology advisory services as part of customer projects. You should excel in problem-solving, possess creative thinking skills, collaborate effectively in an international setting, and exhibit the following competencies:
- Support in the entire process from project preparation to Go Live
- Conduct design workshops/meetings with customers
- Analyze business processes and optimize technical performance
- Collaborate with consultants, including Near Shore and Off Shore team members
- Adapt to a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office)
- Travel to customer and SAP locations as required
Desired Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP Payroll implementation experience
- Proficiency in Belgian and/or Dutch payroll regulations
- Experience in SAP Time Projects is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree OR equivalent practical knowledge
- Exposure to Employee Central implementation is a plus
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in learning complex software applications
- Strong communication, organization, and quick learning abilities, coupled with a passion for human interactions
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and a thirst for knowledge
- Proficient in problem-solving and conveying complex information clearly
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Willingness to travel and work internationally
- Certification and experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
- Familiarity with Time Management and/or Employee Central Payroll is beneficial
- Knowledge of other SAP HCM solutions like Fieldglass, Work Zone, or Sales Performance Management is a plus
Additional Details
- Location – The position is part of the EMEA North Team and can be based in any country within the region, following a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office) with occasional travel to clients.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Dutch/French is advantageous.
