Team Lead ICT Operations

Jouw taken

Je beheert de dagdagelijkse operationele werking van de IT systemen met aandacht voor IT security. Je staat in voor het plannen en opvolgen van opdrachten voor het team en het dagdagelijks delegeren van taken om deze tijdig te kunnen afronden, gebruikmakend van de Kanban methodologie. Je garandeert excellente customer service door het toezien op en begeleiden van deze activiteiten van het team, zodat interne (en externe) klanten op een professionele manier worden behandeld met focus op hoge kwaliteit. Je ontwikkelt plannen om continu te verbeteren en de business steeds beter te kunnen ondersteunen. Je beheert de life-cycle van de operationele systemen en software (oa. ikv budget). Je communiceert operationele wijzigingen op een duidelijke en heldere manier naar de business. Je versterkt de kennis van het team door oa. het organiseren van training, met als doel een multi-inzetbaar team te krijgen. Je staat in voor het borgen en documenteren van de operationele activiteiten. Je stuurt en motiveert op een verbindende manier het ICT operations team. Je werkt actief mee aan optimaliseringsprojecten. Je staat in voor de operationele rapportering o.a. aan de ICT Manager, Excom, .... Je beheerst mee de budgetten en volgt deze op. Je gaat vaak voorkomende problemen diagnosticeren en plan van aanpak initiëren. Je staat in nauw contact met de verschillende leveranciers, contractoren, etc. die de IT organisatie mee helpen te ondersteunen.

Jouw profiel

Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma ICT of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je beschikt over minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring inzake ICT operations. Je kan vlot overweg met relevante ICT applicaties en infrastructuur. Je hebt reeds leidinggevende ervaring. Je bent sterk in plannen organiseren. Je past een servicegericht aanpak toe. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
