Senior Manager, B2B Marketing to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group

Key Activities of a Senior Manager, B2B Marketing:

Deployment of the annual B2B go-to-market plan:
Leads campaign execution for corporate travel and MICE segments, driving awareness and customer acquisition. Contributes to innovative B2B value propositions and coordinates tactical marketing activities. Coordinates B2B initiatives across relevant channels in collaboration with CSO channel teams.

Provides guidance to Area Marketing Teams for optimal local activation of global B2B campaigns, considering feeder markets and best-performing channels.


Drive top-of-mind awareness with target B2B audiences:

Contributes to defining the B2B annual content calendar based on business needs and brand strategy; shares with the field activation team, including Social and PR.

Ensures high-quality content marketing for B2B audiences, aligning with brand promise and suitable for selected channels. Manages content distribution, ensuring proper formatting, automation, language consistency, and collaboration with creative service.

Drive conversion and system contribution through:
Digital acquisition prospecting campaigns for the Online Meetings Booking Tool
GDS and TMC promotional calendar - in collaboration with Revenue and Loyalty

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and execution of the B2B gotomarket plan.
  • Develop deep market knowledge to represent the voice of B2B customers.
  • Drive topofmind awareness with B2B target audiences through storytelling content and distribution strategy.
  • Implement marketing and sales enablement programs to increase awareness and generate leads in assigned verticals.
  • Drive conversion and system contribution through crosschannel promotions and tactical offers.
  • Plan, execute, and manage B2B marketing events such as trade shows and conferences.
  • Enhance brand reputation with US B2B buyers by showcasing our EMEA & APAC portfolio.
  • Analyse data to evaluate marketing success and propose new ideas for improvement.
  • Align B2B Marketing & Communication Strategies across all areas and channels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to develop effective advertising, collateral, and online assets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in similar role and B2B marketing experience in hospitality, travel, trade shows or events management, or travel technology sectors.
  • Experience in brand building and campaign management
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Fluent in English Language, any other language would be a plus
  • Digital expertise
