Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Manager based in Belgium to work on a remote hybrid basis. This position is responsible for designing and implementing marketing and communication initiatives to support the Clinical Services business, as well as other business units and Group-wide projects, as needed. Acting as a Marketing Business Partner, the role aims to drive business results by increasing the awareness of Clinigen's service offerings and value proposition and ensuring marketing messages are heard and seen by target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing the marketing and communications strategy and group-wide initiatives for Clinical Services and other business units in coordination with various internal stakeholders.
- Create and update marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, white papers, fact sheets, animations, presentations, and trade show displays.
- Content Marketing: Connect and build strong partnerships with the business/SMEs to identify relevant topics and trends to produce valuable, engaging content that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Online communication: Manage web and social media updates, create and send bulk emails and automated email workflows using a CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot), targeted online marketing campaigns, and develop and maintain webpages as needed
- Drive digital growth strategies with the Marketing team and third parties, managing copywriting, graphic design, SEO/SEM and digital campaigns.
- Events: Oversee event representation at tradeshows in conjunction with the Business Development teams and own communication around events.
- Manage and track the assigned budget vs. actual spend.
- Act as the brand ambassador for the business units and roll out branding initiatives and updates on a global level.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing channels and initiatives, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Media: Create digital and printed articles/ads in trade magazines and handbooks.
- Support corporate and internal communications across the business as needed.
Requirements
- BA/MA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
- 7 to 10 years marketing experience in an international B2B and/or healthcare environment preferred
- Experience with lead generation in previous roles preferred
- Excellent writing skills: Proven ability to produce quality content and develop key messages
- Native/Near Native English speaking (French is an advantage)
- Experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage and convert
- Confident and comfortable working across departments and time zones
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, a sense of aesthetics
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects and manage own deadlines
- Positive attitude and self-motivated, accountable and proactive
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation tools preferred
