- Om onze groei te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een Marketing Manager die onze marketing projecten van A tot Z kan coördineren.
- Wat ga je doen als Marketing Manager?- Het ontwikkelen van onze marketingstrategie, i.s.m. de CEO, wordt jouw topprioriteit Je brengt opportuniteiten in kaart en laat marktonderzoek uitvoeren indien nodig. Het marketingplan vertaal je naar duidelijke doelstellingen en je stelt KPI's op om de resultaten van alle acties op te volgen.
- Om de bedrijven binnen onze groep top of mind te maken, durf je frisse en creatieve ideeën uit te denken die onze brand awareness en sales verhogen, binnen nieuwe en bestaande sectoren.
- Je hebt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de online marketing. Je bepaalt de strategie en het beleid voor de websites en zorgt voor het onderhoud ervan. Met behulp van marketing automation tools en online communicatiekanalen genereer je leads voor de salesafdeling.
- In functie van de opgestelde contentstrategie verzamel je relevante content voor alle digitale communicatieplatformen. Je brieft externe copywriters en neemt ook zelf je pen op om aantrekkelijke copy te bedenken voor ons doelpubliek.
- Je draagt ook eindverantwoordelijkheid over de organisatie van events (personeelsfeest, roadshows, beurzen, ), promotie en externe communicatie. Daarnaast werk je promotiecampagnes uit en bedenk je hiervoor materiaal en gadgets.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Een master in the pocket met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, waarbij je diverse projecten kon beheren en een brede kennis van alle actuele marketing
- en communicatiemogelijkheden kon opdoen.
- Wie jou kent, zou je beschrijven als een gedreven, flexibele entrepreneur die graag the extra mile gaat voor het bereiken van je doelen en de tevredenheid van je klanten.
