Our client is a global law firm that provides a comprehensive worldwide service to national and multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments. They're looking for an experienced marketing & business developper.

**Description**
- Understand the specific challenges and opportunities for the Group, support the Manager and the broader Infrastructure sector group in Transformation team to develop and execute a focused marketing and business development strategy - the aims being to strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders, to target new work and to build the global reputation of the firm;
- Support the creation of compelling credentials, capability statements, proposals, and pitches to respond to fast turn-around bids, strategic panels, or other opportunities to win work for the Group;
- Leverage marketing technology and tools to spot opportunities to develop existing clients and services, track key relationships, and measure the success of initiatives;
- Help to develop Group content, campaigns to increase engagement with key clients and enhance the personal brands of leading practitioners and the firm’s global reputation;
- Support on events and relevant initiatives to enhance the profile of our Group’s offer and strengthen our relationships with key stakeholders;
- Support on the sectors’ Chambers submissions;
- Manage the internal structure of the Group, including but not limited to the Groups’ Sharepoint site, capability statements, credentials, and Teams’ folders;
- Support on development of the sectors’ data including liaising with the CRM team and Executive Assistants to improve and develop processes to increase data sharing;
- Build trusted relationships with a specific group of senior internal stakeholders and MBD colleagues to achieve a ‘one team’ global mindset;
- Be part of an agile and responsive bespoke service model based on mutual respect and appreciation of skill-sets across the team;
- Contribute to continuous improvement in the firm’s approach to business development, including proactive sharing of knowledge and data to centralised tools.

**Profile**
- Educated to degree level; with 2-4 years of working experience in a professional business environment (ideally legal, accountancy, technology, consultancy);
- Native-equivalent English language required; French and Dutch desirable;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise actions and meet strict, often quickly evolving deadlines;
- Strong project management skills;
- Strong communication skills, with attention to detail in grammar and proofreading;
- Ability to work independently on own initiative, but also with strong teamworking skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite software;
- Natural curiosity and propensity to learn; enthusiasm to grow into a rounded business development practitioner;
- Existing knowledge of the Energy and Infrastructure sector is not a pre-requisite, but an affinity for or interest is advantageous.
