What will your job be?

  • Coordinate
    Corporate &
    Business Recruitment
    process (Consultants, Experts, Business Developers/Recruiters, Marketing Officers ):
  • Make a detailed reporting and diffuse information to the business unit managers
  • Bring new ideas and initiatives to
    improve the recruitment process:
  • Collaboration with Managers to define the
    recruitment's strategy
    and processes (sourcing, employer branding, communication, events management,) to raise our attractiveness

What is a typical day like?

  • 20% of assessment of consultants (first calls and interviews),
  • 50% of working on clients' projects to identify the best solutions,
  • 10% internal meetings
- and don't forget afterworks and sunny lunches outside the Manoir with you colleagues
