Your mission

We are evolving into a world that is increasingly data-driven, with endless possibilities. At Bpost we aim to make data & analytics more prominent in the way we do innovation within our company. Within the Data Enabler Tribe - the centralized data & analytics team bpost agile-at-scale organization, but working closely with our segment tribes, the Data Strategist willplay a key role in:

·Co-developing data strategy:

oIntegrate data strategy into agile workflows

oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and develop data strategies that drive informed decision-making.

oDefine and communicate a clear data strategy roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.

·Formulate recommendations for our medium-term strategy and consolidate the plan to strengthen our data driven offer.

·Data Governance and Compliance:

oEstablish and enforce data governance standards to ensure the quality, security, and compliance of data assets.

oCollaborate and align with relevant stakeholders to address data privacy and regulatory requirements throughout the customer journey

·Lead several large data and customer experience programs through all stages, to maximize data capture across bpost touchpoints:

oIdeation: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover actionable insights that drive business performance and screen and prioritize with a view to business potential and feasibility.

oConcept creation: build business cases, design end-to-end processes and build roadmap for tests and implementation with internal stakeholders.

oIdea incubation: Develop and implement data-driven KPIs to measure the success of business initiatives

oDevelopment and implementation: drive timely delivery of tests and full concept, and ensure involvement of all relevant departments.

oContinuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance data strategy execution.

·Alignment and close collaboration with other departments (e.g. ICT and Digital teams, Sales, Product Management, Legal, DPO, Operations, Marketing, Insights and Communications...)

·Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data strategy

·Stakeholder Communication:

oCommunicate complex data concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.

oAct as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration

Your profile

·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

·Proven experience as a Data Strategist or in a similar role within an agile environment.

·Strong knowledge of data management, governance, and analytics.

·Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Familiar with Agile methodology
