ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about all things digital marketing? Do you like versatility in your role and would you like to work on B2B and B2C projects across multiple campaigns?If this sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join our hybrid working team as a Medior Digital Marketing Specialist in Brussels. You will work within a multi-talented squad of digital marketing consultants, creative strategists and data experts and lead growth marketing programs and digital campaigns on a national and international scale.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with enterprise, global clients, alongside our lead marketers, creative strategists and data experts. You'll create innovative marketing strategies in diverse sectors, both in B2B and B2C markets. Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with lead marketers to manage digital marketing ventures for our clients Develop and execute successful marketing strategies, translating these into a media mix and planning Work in a multidisciplinary team that includes creatives, digital strategists and data experts Gain knowledge and skills from senior marketers and experts within the team and continually seeking improvement in digital marketing strategies, staying updated with latest marketing trends and technologies Assuring the successful completion of all marketing projects, balancing time, cost and scope Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions and other collaborative efforts to generate ideas Review and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments for optimizationRequirements
At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing position, ideally with agency experience with a proven track record of projects Ample hands-on experience with setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in paid search, display and social A strategic thinker, with the ability to convert business and campaign objectives into personalized campaign strategies Firm understanding of web technologies, particularly in relation to live testing, analytics and search engine optimization Proactive attitude, with a natural aptitude for problem-solving Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present digital strategies and performance results to clients in an easy to understand manner Fluent in Dutch and/or French with fluency in English also requiredNice to have
Experience with Programmatic advertising and CDP/DMP solutions is considered a plusWe Offer
