Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in Brussels.
You will work within a multi-talented squad of digital marketing consultants, creative stategists and data experts and lead growth marketing programs and digital campaigns on a national and international scale.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with enterprise, global clients, alongside our lead marketers, creative strategists and data experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns on behalf of enterprise clients
- Develop and execute successful marketing strategies, translating these into a media mix and planning
- Support the sales teams with presales activities and work on pitches for new clients
- Assuring the successful completion of all marketing projects, balancing time, cost and scope
- Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions and other collaborative efforts to generate ideas
- Review and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments for optimization
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Continuously seek improvement in digital marketing strategies, staying updated with latest marketing trends and technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing position, ideally with agency experience with a proven track record of projects
- Strong handson experience with multiple Digital Marketing domains: digital advertising, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, SEO and growth marketing
- Ample handson experience in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in paid search, display and social
- A strategic and problemsolving mindset, being able to guide clients in their digital marketing roadmap and goals
- Good understanding of how web technologies, especially in the context of live testing, analytics and search engine optimization
- A coaching mentality, being able to motivate teams to deliver outstanding work for our customers
- Strong communication skills to present digital strategies and performance results to clevel stakeholders in a comprehensible and narrative way
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French with fluency in English also required
