A Solution Architect provides technical expertise for RFP responses, pre-sales presentations, product explanations.
Working at NTT
- In collaboration with Sales, the Solution Architect builds client relations and expands the scope and portfolio of services with targeted clients and prospects. This by contributing to sales and solution strategy, identification of potential opportunities, and deal qualification.
- The Solution Architect understands the ICT landscape of targeted clients and prospects and is instrumental in the client facing activities such as discovery workshops, client presentations, contract negotiations.
- The Solution Architect leads the technical development solution for the ICT requirements of (potential) customers based on the product portfolio of NTT
- Liaise with the various subsidiaries and departments of NTT Worldwide for negotiating and putting together the best possible solution for NTT and its (potential) customers
- Price proposed solutions based on internal and external cost elements
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the different NTT product capabilities.
- Support the Delivery during the realization of the solutions ordered by customers
What will make you a good fit for the role?
- Technical presales experience in the Telecommunications and/or Security market.
- Selfmotivated person that is able to work independently
- A team player with exemplary soft skills driving the desire to win and satisfy the customer
- Excellent commercial acumen, communication, listening and presentation skills
- Ability synthesize, explain and present complex technical and business solutions
- Continuous selfimprovement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies
- Sound understanding of legacy and modern networking technologies (e.g. SD-WAN, SASE, Campus networking (LAN/WLAN), Security, Remote Access Solutions, MPLS, Internet connectivity, Cloud connectivity)
- Preferably indepth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technology brands: HP Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, Zscaler, Palo Alto
- Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent level of English and Dutch or French
