**Financial Talents** specialiseert zich in werving & selectie, projectsourcing en interim management voor Finance profielen.
**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van de **Werving & Selectie** activiteiten in de regio **Antwerpen en Brussel**. Je ontwikkelt en beheert zelf je eigen kandidaten
- en vacatureportefeuille: jobbeheer, werving & selectie en sales.
Het betreft een gevarieerde recruitment rol met een sterke commerciële inslag:
**Rekrutering**:
- Aanleggen en uitwerken van een hoogstaand kandidatennetwerk van financiële profielen: (hoofd)boekhouders; controllers; auditors; dossierbeheerders; TAX specialisten;.... Door actieve sourcing ga je continu proactief op zoek naar de beste profielen via verschillende kanalen: onze interne database, LinkedIn & externe jobsites, social media,...
- Je focust op werving en selectie van financiële profielen voor de invulling van vaste jobs: Interviewen en beoordelen van kandidaten, hen introduceren aan de hand van een professionele voorstellingen aan de opdrachtgever.
- Je volgt de selectieprocedure nauwgezet op; zowel bij de kandidaat als de klant. Als recruitment professional ondersteun en adviseer je kandidaat en klant doorheen het ganse proces, tot en met de aanwerving.
**Account Management**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klanten
- en vacatureportefeuille. Je onderhoudt het contact met de klanten, koppelt regelmatig terug en je zorgt voor de invulling van de vacatures.
- Samen met je team collega's en de Business Development Manager draag je bij aan de verdere uitbouw van Financial Talents in Antwerpen en Brussel.
- Je uitvalsbasis is het kantoor van Jette of Antwerpen maar flexwerk is zeker bespreekbaar in deze rol afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent een ervaren commerciële recruiter die zich wenst te gaan specialiseren in rekrutering en selectie van finance profielen of je beschikt over ervaring binnen finance met als doel je carrière een nieuwe wending te geven en je te lanceren in rekrutering en selectie. In dit laatste geval investeren we in een doorgedreven recruitment training zodat je de knepen van vak on-the-job krijgt aangeleerd.
- Je legt gemakkelijk contact en je bent sterk in het uitbouwen en onderhouden van je lange termijn relaties met kandidaten en klanten.
- Je bent op zoek naar een job met vrijheid; autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid; waar ruimte is voor eigen inbreng.
- Jouw professionele attitude kenmerkt zich door een proactieve; dynamische en commerciële aanpak. Mede door jouw doorzettingsvermogen en actiegerichtheid; zorg je ervoor dat je ook onder tijdsdruk het beste van jezelf geeft en er in slaagt de beste resultaten te behalen.
