- en rekruteringskantoor met specifieke aandacht voor (hoger) opgeleide bedienden. Hierbij bieden wij veelal vaste en sporadisch tijdelijke opdrachten aan bij onze klanten. Onze kantoren situeren zich in de centrumsteden Gent, Antwerpen, Brussel, Leuven en Zaventem. Deze geografische spreiding laat ons toe om zowel kandidaten als bedrijven uit een ruime regio aan te trekken. Anders dan de meeste rekruteringskantoren, plaatst Viavera Recruitment de kandidaat centraal. Het grote verschil maken wij in het interview. Dit is namelijk een open, twee-richtingsgesprek over competenties, maar ook over beroepswaarden, persoonlijkheidsaspecten en verwachtingen. We beperken ons uiteraard niet enkel tot het aanbieden van jobs, maar geven ook HR-advies aan klanten en carrière advies aan onze kandidaten.
**De functie**:
Als taalvaardig communicatiemedewerker ben je zeer nauw betrokken bij de interne en externe communicatie activiteiten. Je ondersteunt de Managing Director en de Sales & Marketing Director in hun activiteiten en beheert bepaalde activiteiten autonoom. Je werkt nauw samen met de Graphic Design medewerkster.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de interne en externe communicatie, je stelt teksten op in 3 talen (Nl-Fr-Eng), je bereidt berichten of persartikels voor en vertaalt ze.
- Je beheert de updates van de website, verzorgt digitale mediacampagnes en helpt mee aan het uitzetten van een brand strategie.
- Je werkt aan de commerciële en product informatie van het bedrijf
- Via de PR-verantwoordelijke van het bedrijf ben je de contactpersoon voor de journalistieke media (pers).
- Je coördineert en organiseert.
- Je woont vergaderingen met interne/externe partners bij.
- Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning en support aan bij het organiseren van events en incentives wanneer nodig.
**Het profiel**:
- Je hebt minstens een Bachelordiploma (bv.: communicatiewetenschappen, e-marketing, ).
- Je hebt een sterke interesse/passie voor alles wat digitaal is.
- Je hebt een paar jaren ervaring in communicatie met aantoonbare feeling voor sociale media.
- Je bent hebt een zeer goede kennis van het NL, FR en ENG zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent communicatief, polyvalent, creatief maar ook nauwkeurig en methodisch.
- Je bent flexibel qua werktijden (voor beurzen bv.)
