Gère le référentiel Doyen dans l'ERP en collaboration avec les Products Managers
Met à jour le référentiel produit de Doyen Auto en fonction des évolutions de gamme du fournisseur et
défini par CDC Marketing et/ou le Product Manager
Prépare les bases de données pour la remontée des créations dans l'ERP en collaboration avec le...**expérience**:
- 1-3 ans**compétences**:
- Administration
- Analyse commerciale
- Gestion de base de données**qualifications**:
- Langues:
- Fr et/ou NL : une connaissance de la 2ème langue est un atout.
- Anglais : Bonne connaissance (Ecrite et Parlée) Être capable de communiquer
- oralement et par écrit.
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques:
- MS Excel (niveau avancé). Capable d'utiliser les formules (recherchev(), nbcar(), nb.si(),
- nb.si.ens(), concatenation,) et de créer des tableaux croisés dynamiques.
- Connaissance de base de MS office (PowerPoint, Word principalement)
- Avoir travaillé / où avoir une connaissance de base d'un outil de Business Intelligence
- (SAP Business Objects,) est un atout.
- Maîtrise d'MS Access est un atout
- Compétences personnelles:
- Rigueur, exactitude, fiabilité et organisation
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Indépendant et autonome dans le travail après sa période d'apprentissage dans la fonction.
- Bonne communication et être capable de travailler en transversal dans une organisation.
