**Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?**:
Als **Administrative Coordinator** is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om efficiënt mee te werken bij het aanmaken en opvolgen van de bestellingen. Je staat het team bij in het kader van financieel beheer (facturen en rapportering) alsook de technische administratieve ondersteuning van de medewerkers bij een werf en/of project, kortom een belangrijk ondersteunende rol.
- Je organiseert efficiënt en effectief om kwalitatieve uitvoering van opdrachten te garanderen en samenwerking met stakeholders te optimaliseren
- Je plant werkzaamheden en personeelsbezetting, implementeert werkprocedures en bewaakt SLA's
- Je waarborgt kwaliteit en motiveert en coacht het team, bevordert talentmanagement en zorgt voor naleving van KPI's
- Je faciliteert teamwerking, organiseert overleg en zorgt voor informatiedoorstroming
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor facturatie, budgettering en fungeert als back-up bij afwezigheid van collega's

- Je hebt een relevante professionele achtergrond met technische affiniteit
- Je bent een probleemoplosser en coach met ervaring in people management
- Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen
- Je bent stressbestendig en streeft naar kwalitatief werk binnen deadlines
- Je hebt ervaring met SLA's en KPI-management, en kennis van voorraadbeheer is een pluspunt
