Your Role :
Are you looking for an internship in Customer Service? At Kuehne+Nagel, you can experience what it is like to work for a global leader in logistics, further develop your skills and collaborate with other employees in realizing projects that match your interests.
We like to invest in the development of young talents During your internship, you will be engaged in various tasks within the Customer Service department, located at our site in Liège.
This internship gives you the opportunity to gain practical experience in handling customer interactions and solving issues. You will build essential skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management.An internship in customer service allows you to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, helping you to understand the importance of customer satisfaction in business success, and you will build an extensive network of contacts in no time:

Your Responsibilities:
Your range of tasks is very extensive and entails among others:
- Data entry for management team
- Internal communications
- Involve in internal meeting between departments
- Help with the planning
- Follow up in Excel files regarding the consumable inventory
- Manage in/outbound files
- Help in preparing daily/monthly reports
- Manage mailboxes
- Your mentor will coach you to get the best out of yourself and your internship at Kuehne+Nagel.
Your Skills and Experiences:
We are looking for you:
- Internship for Bachelor, Associate or Master students in Business Management, Economic, Supply chain, HEC...
- You have an interest in Customer Service/supply chain/logistics
- You take initiative, can work independently and are willing to learn.
- You have good communication skills, spoken and written.
- You have advanced knowledge of English (B2) and French and MS office.
- Duration: at least 2 months
- If possible to start immediately
