Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een **Programme Assistant** in een academische omgeving.

Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het coördineren en organiseren van alle praktische aspecten van de programma's die onze klant aanbieden.
**Jouw takenpakket**:
- Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning bij de praktische ondersteuning en voorbereiding van de on-camps, online & hybride programma's en evenementen;
- Je bent de administratieve 'interface' tussen de externe (klanten, deelnemers,) en interne klant (professoren, onderzoekers,);
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de interactie en communicatie met de deelnemers over praktische zaken en opzet van de programma's, catering, locaties, hotelovernachtingen, facturatie,evenals verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie en organisatie van het programma;
- Je werkt samen met de programmaverantwoordelijke en andere afdelingen;
- Je assisteert bij diverse administratieve taken en je verwerkt de gegevens in verschillende tools (AI, Salesforce, Canvas ).
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur Office Management);
- Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands & Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
- Je bent technisch onderlegd en hebt een goede kennis van MS365, kennis van andere online tools (AI, Canvas,) is een pluspunt;
- Je beschikt over organisatietalent, je bent stressbestendig en werkt zeer nauwkeurig;
- Je bent gemotiveerd om in een internationale omgeving te werken;
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren;
- Je draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel en doet graag een extra inspanning voor de klant;
- Je kan verschillende (niet-routinematige) taken tegelijkertijd uitvoeren;
- Je zal werken in een van de kantoren in combinatie met thuiswerk.
