With a growing team of creatives and strategists, this means our planning becomes more complex every day To ensure our projects are running smoothly, our Traffic Manager takes care of a flawless planning of people and teams.

We are looking for an intern to support her in managing this planning.

What will you do?

• Plan and replan projects in the planning project tool
• Provide support in creating management reports
• Answer questions from colleagues regarding planning
• Anticipate possible conflicts in the planning and proactively raise these with the people involved
• Actively participate in meetings regarding the planning, make reports and share this with the involved parties
• General office management tasks are also part of your package, such as placing orders, following up the general mailbox, preparing and sending internal communication, etc.

Is this you ?

• You are a student office management or logistic management
• You can work min. 3 days/week for at least 8 weeks
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You have strong organizational skills. You love to put the puzzle together
• You work very precisely without losing your sense of pragmatism
• You enjoy working in a team and have a positive attitude
• You are flexible. The planning dares to change ;)
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Excel is a plus
