With a growing team of creatives and strategists, this means our planning becomes more complex every day To ensure our projects are running smoothly, our Traffic Manager takes care of a flawless planning of people and teams. We are looking for an intern to support her in managing this planning.

What will you do?
- Plan and replan projects in the planning project tool
- Provide support in creating management reports
- Answer questions from colleagues regarding planning
- Anticipate possible conflicts in the planning and proactively raise these with the people involved
- Actively participate in meetings regarding the planning, make reports and share this with the involved parties
- General office management tasks are also part of your package, such as placing orders, following up the general mailbox, preparing and sending internal communication, etc.

Is this you ?
- You are a student office management or logistic management
- You can work min. 3 days/week for at least 8 weeks
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You have strong organizational skills. You love to put the puzzle together
- You work very precisely without losing your sense of pragmatism
- You enjoy working in a team and have a positive attitude
- You are flexible. The planning dares to change ;-)
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Excel is a plus

Starting date : you can start working as from the 1st of July
