In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor Meeting & Events planning en organisatie. Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en je vindt het leuk om het onze gasten naar de zin te maken en proactief met hun behoeften om te gaan. Zodra de contracten zijn bevestigd, neem je alle communicatie met de gast over. Je zorgt voor de perfecte uitvoering van hun evenementen, of ze nu klein, middelgroot of groot zijn. Je hebt een open en enthousiaste uitstraling en bent een aanspreekpunt voor gasten die een evenement bezoeken, maar ook voor contactpersonen die een evenement organiseren. Je zorgt ervoor dat de gasten een uitstekende ervaring hebben waarbij alles strak georganiseerd is. Jouw doel is dat het evenement soepel verloopt en dat je samen met je collega's een uitstekende service verleent. Daarnaast zorg je voor een heldere communicatie met collega's van andere afdelingen en draag je bij aan het succes van het hotel.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Je bent een energiek persoon die graag op de afdeling Meeting & Events werkt.
- Je bent flexibel, accuraat en een teamspeler.
- Je hebt een commerciële instelling en bent altijd een stap vooruit.
- Je spreekt Engels, Frans en Nederlands.
- Je hebt een horeca-achtergrond in F&B, Reserveringen en/of Meeting & Events.
- Je vindt het leuk om ervoor te zorgen dat alle evenementen goed georganiseerd zijn en je vindt het leuk om met internationale gasten om te gaan.
- Je bent stressbestendig in drukke situaties en je weet van aanpakken.
