Join Our Dynamic Team as an Account Manager - New Business

In this role you will:

Analyze customer needs, proposing and delivering timely solutions for their medium to long-term business goals. Support in tenders, negotiate contract terms, and skillfully close deals. Monitor all sales activities through correct documentation of internal processes and maintain sales dashboards for accurate forecasting. Proactively identify opportunities and collaborate with clients to introduce tailored solutions. Conduct active research on industries, markets, and companies, understanding our customers' businesses. Update job knowledge through continuous learning and professional networking, serving as the company's ambassador.

The ideal candidate will become successful in this role by bringing these competencies and experiences:

Challenger and hunter sales mentality. Great verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A minimum of 5 years of SaaS Account Management experience. Dutch, French, and English business proficiency. Self-motivated with commitment to meet and exceed quota. Experience with forecasting and creatively, independently building pipeline. Experience in the Smart Building/Facility Management/Real Estate is an advantage.
